Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility, Pendekatan Kolaborasi Corporate Identity dan Corporate Social Innovation Studi di PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim Sumatera Selatan

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah program perusahaan yang dikembangkan untuk masyarakat, bermuara kemajuan itu sendiri. Efektivitas penyaluran dana CSR lingkungan masih sangat rendah. Begitu juga tingkat kolektifitas piutang mitra 8 binaan baru mencapai 38 persen pada tahun 2018. Dengan jumlah total Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) Rp 145.615.540.853 dari 185.430.900.474. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pendekatan model Identity (CI) dalam mengimplementasikan di PT Bukit Asam Tbk dan Corpoarate Innovation (CSI) Tbk. Untuk mendapatkan informasi data bentuk kalimat gambaran nyata, ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. PKBL terdiri atas Usaha Kecil Pembinaan oleh BUMN melalui pemanfaatan bagian laba BUMN. meningkatkan kemampuan para pengusaha kecil agar menjadi mandiri sekaligus memberdayakan kondisi sosial masyarakat. Faktor ekonomi, sosial, selalu prioritas kami mewujudkan tanggung jawab sosial. Berdasarkan beberapa dimensi kolaborasi antara CI CSI Perlu porsi perlibatan kelompok organisasi masyarakat perlu koordinasi serta komunikasi direksi, menajer, staf karyawan bidang terlaksana secara maksimal.
